How to Submit a Support Ticket

- Select a Category from the dropdown that best describes your issue.
- Provide a clear Subject and a detailed Description of what you need help with. (Tip: Including error codes or step-by-step actions helps us fix things faster!)
- Click “Submit Support Request”.
Once submitted, a member of our team will review your ticket and follow up via email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours on business days.
