At our company, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services and want your account and all associated personal information permanently deleted, please follow the instructions below.

What Happens When You Request Deletion?

• Account Removal: Your profile, login credentials, and personal settings will be permanently deleted.
• Data Cleared: Any user-generated content, app preferences, and usage history linked to your identity will be wiped from our databases.
• Exceptions: We only retain data that we are legally required to keep for financial auditing, tax purposes, or fraud prevention (such as transaction invoices), in strict compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
• Processing Time: Data deletion requests are processed manually by our team. Your request will be fulfilled within 30 days of your confirmation.

How to Request Data Deletion

To submit a manual data deletion request, follow these simple steps:

1. Scroll down to the Data Deletion Request Form on this page.
2. Enter the Email Address associated with the account you want deleted.
3. Click the “Submit Deletion Request” button.
4. Check Your Inbox: We will immediately send a verification link to that email address to confirm your identity and prevent unauthorized deletions.
5. Confirm: Click the link in the verification email. Once confirmed, our team will manually scrub your data from our systems.
